The Story
India trains 100,000+ nurses every year. Most have never seen an ICU before graduation.
Thousands of nursing colleges across the country — some attached to hospitals, most not. Students learn procedures from textbooks, then walk into a ward for the first time during their clinical posting.
We asked a simple question: what if every nursing student could walk through an Operation Theater, an ICU, an Emergency Department — before ever stepping into a real one?
That question became NursingVR. 38 training modules. 500+ students trained. Clinically validated by AIIMS Patna. Running in government nursing colleges today.
